Amiable staff, great views of the ocean, everything is perfect. It has unbeatable and excellent location in the gulf. The bets part that it's very close to shop, grocery shops and lots of restaurants, the beach and the malecon and boats and funny nasuas and birds...

The situation was great. The rooms were always very clean. The bus stop was nearby.
There is no restaurant and it is not possible to book excursions at the hotel.

Super good location to the beach.
Pretty small rooms. The staff could only speak Spanish. There was no way to stay in the hotel outside the small room.

The hotel is located in the front row and the suites all have great sea views. During a storm it can get quite loud through the windows. There's no restaurant in the hotel.

Can recommend for a momentary pause
Comfortable room, friendly staff, the air conditioner worked well and the hot water in the shower was a real bonus, and the location is excellent as it is on the malycon.
Everything was as perfect as can be.

The location was good, relatively close to Progreso Lighthouse. I've booked junior suite with a window into the hallway and everything was great.

The venue was absolutely great and quiet little, I liked the location near grocery shops and the beach on the malecon and the Golgi de Mexico, and sea views. Also, location was particularly good and amazing, just 5 minutes walk from Progreso Lighthouse. It also was right across from the ocean.
Facilities were great, however Wi-Fi was bad.

The direct location on the beach was very good. The rooms clean and completely ok for one night. The check-in process went smoothly.
Unfortunately, there was only one window to the hallway. Other rooms, however, had sea view.

The beachfront was perfect, and the nearby pools were a welcome break. Just a heads up, the kitchen could use a few more essentials, but overall it was a great time 😊

A Relaxing Stay with Room for Improvement
We enjoyed our stay overall, especially the unique rooftop sunset views, made our evenings nice. The on-site restaurant offered delicious local cuisine, a nice touch. We did face some cleanliness issues that need addressing. For a comfortable visit, ensure the kitchen is well-stocked before arrival.
