Stunning and incredible setting, it's short walk to shop, grocery shops and lots of restaurants, Merida and convenience stores. The staff are really helpful and super-friendly, we greatly enjoyed them.

This hotel has everything you expect in a more reasonable place. The location is excellent, right in the middle of the Malecon, with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the rooms were basic but had AC. The breakfast served in our room was a nice touch.

There is no restaurant and it is not possible to book excursions at the hotel.

The room I had was spotless and extremely spacious with good view and the staff was amicable. A refrigerator, a work desk, and a couch bed in the room were useful.

This place was worth its 3 stars, I was satisfied with it as a chilled-out base for staying in this city, and having a sunny balcony was a bonus.

Pretty small rooms. The staff could only speak Spanish. There was no way to stay in the hotel outside the small room.
